Offer more flexibility

At the beginning of 2022, the Bertrand Group (organized into 2 Business Units: Bertrand Franchise and Bertrand Hospitality) was therefore looking for a solution to automate the processing of requests for employee payroll deposits.

“We already used to facilitate requests for payroll deposits but the process was less flexible for employees. Requests were made once a month, starting on the 15th and employees had to inform their manager. This practice is well established in the daily lives of employees, up to 50% of whom did so on a regular basis.”

The Bertrand Group then contacted 3 French companies including Rosaly and arbitrated based on 4 criteria: the relationship, the price of the solution, the feedback from other client companies and Rosaly's connection with the ADP software.
