What is a salary advance?
A salary advance is an early payment by the employer to the employee of a portion of their monthly remuneration. The amount released corresponds to hours of work already completed. Article L.3242-1 of the Labor Code stipulates that if an employee is paid on a monthly basis, they may request an advance corresponding to the fortnight (i.e., half of their monthly salary).

What happens when an employee requests a salary advance on Rosaly?
1. The employee opens their Rosaly app. They view their available salary advance balance, which is updated daily based on their salary and the rules you have set. 2. They select the desired amount in the app and confirm their request. 3. The request is automatically sent with all required information to the administrator portal (employee, amount, IBAN, available salary advance balance to date, etc.). 4. You perform the necessary checks. 5. You approve or decline the request. 6. The employee is notified via the app.
If you approve a request, we recommend that you transfer the salary advance within 48 hours. At the end of the month, you can view and export the history of processed advances on your administrator portal to integrate them into your payroll.
How much does Rosaly Light cost for employers?
Rosaly Light is free for 60 days, with no commitment. No credit card is required during this trial period.
After the trial period, the rate is €2/employee/month.
For example, for a company with 100 employees, this comes to €200 per month, regardless of the number of salary advance requests, the number of questions asked to our team of experts, etc. Billing is monthly, and you can cancel at any time (effective at the end of the current month).
Please note that at the end of the trial period, if no banking information has been provided by the employer, all services will be suspended.

How do I unsubscribe from Rosaly Light?
