The personal service sector is one of the most scarce sectors. By strengthening the remuneration of our employees with Rosaly, we attract more profiles and save our teams precious time.

The seasonality of hotel recruitments leads us to constantly look for differentiating employee benefits. With Rosaly, we have made a major breakthrough.

Rosaly saves us a lot of time. Without them, managing a deposit takes a lot of time and can involve up to 3 different people!

“I knew there would be support from Rosaly but I did not expect such a level of proximity with users.”

“50% of our employees waited until the 15th of the month to ask for salary advance. Now they can do it whenever they need to.”

“Even though there were fewer requests for salary advance before Rosaly, it required a lot more time and work for HR teams.”
